1 apple, peeled and cored
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp honey
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
2/3 cup siggi’s vanilla 4% yoghurt
3 tbsp granola
Chop the apple into bite-sized pieces. Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the apple, honey, and cinnamon, tossing to coat. Cook the apple until softened, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Layer the yoghurt, apples and granola in a jar or dish. Optionally, drizzle with a little extra honey. Enjoy!
