1 slice whole-grain bread
3 tbsp siggi’s plain 0.5% yoghurt
55g heirloom tomatoes
1 tsp red chili flakes, optional
salt & pepper
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the yoghurt. Season with red chilli flakes, salt & pepper.
Spread the mixture on the bread (can toast!). Top with the tomatoes and add a touch more salt & pepper to taste.
